DESCRIPTION

Planning permission was sought from Meath County Council for the demolition of 2 no existing bungalow dwellings and the construction of 3 no. separate apartment blocks yielding a total of 74 no. apartments, ranging from 3 – 5 stories and consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The provision of 63 no. surface car parking spaces and 152 no. bicycle parking spaces. Additionally, the provision of a new landscaped area with a very high quality realm and landscaped areas throughout the development. CWPA Planning & Architecture have provided full Planning and Architectural services from the initial site feasibility study and early design concepts through to the final decision of the project.
