CWPA Joins RIAI Simon Open Door Initiative

Apr 21, 2023

CWPA Planning & Architecture is delighted to participate in the Royal Institute of the Architects in Ireland (RIAI) Simon Open Door Initiative from May 8 – 14, 2023.

The initiative is a collaboration between the Simon Communities and the RIAI whereby homeowners, in return for a €98 donation, receive an hour-long consultation with an RIAI Registered Architect to discuss building, renovating or retrofitting their home.  All money raised goes directly to the Simon Communities.

“Our architectural team are delighted to be part of the RIAI’s Simon Open Door initiative once again,” said CWPA Managing Director Architecture, Fran Whelan.

“It is hugely satisfying to bring creativity, fresh ideas and energy to client’s projects while raising money for a fantastic cause at the same time,” he added.

Those taking part are urged to check out the ‘How to make the most out of your one-hour session’ guide on the RIAI website here: How it Works – RIAI Simon Open Door
