With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Healthcare Consultant, specialising in long-term care facility operation and design, Helena brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to CWPA’s team.
Throughout her distinguished career, Helena has provided invaluable operational guidance to private health care operators, navigating the complex landscape of community healthcare with subtlety. Her expertise will enhance CWPA’s initiatives in nursing home design for primary care, senior care, and senior living, taking this vitally important area of care to a new level.

Helen holds a Post Grad Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Studies from Dublin City University, along with multiple certifications in healthcare regulation, infection control, gerontology, management, and training. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Nursing Practice and additional qualifications in allied areas like infection control and dementia care.
CWPA is also closely aligned with the University of Stirling in Scotland, renowned for its extensive research in dementia, aging, and elder care. With this knowledge, CWPA’s meticulous planning ensures that every space is tailored to meet the unique needs of its residents.
