Leading planning and architecture firm, CWPA is excited to announce its relocation to a new, larger office close to Applewood Village, Swords. The move from North Street Business Park in Swords, marks a significant milestone for the company, reflecting its continued growth and commitment to fostering creativity and innovation in design.


Founded during the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, CWPA has grown from strength to strength over the past five years. The company is a collaboration between Joe Corr, Planning Consultant, and Architect Fran Whelan, bringing together a complete range of professional services for developers under one roof. CWPA comprises highly qualified and experienced professionals in the architectural, urban planning, interior and exterior design spheres and healthcare expertise in nursing home design for primary care, senior care and living.


The new office space is designed to provide an enhanced work environment that promotes collaboration and inspiration. With a brighter and more expansive layout, the new headquarters will enable CWPA to better serve its clients while accommodating its expanding team of architects and planners.
